Access codes are sent automatically via email and SMS 15 minutes before your session begins. You can also find your active code in the 'My Bookings' section of your profile dashboard.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be eligible for a partial credit at our discretion.

Each booth allows for the DJ plus 2 guests. Professional filming is permitted as long as it doesn't interfere with other studio users. Tripods must remain within your booked booth.

All booths are equipped with 2x Pioneer CDJ-3000s, a DJM-900NXS2 mixer, and Adam Audio T7V monitors. Pro booths also include a Technics SL-1210MK7 turntable. All booths have XLR/RCA recording outputs.

Yes, we have an on-call technician available 24/7. Use the 'Emergency' button on the tablet inside your booth or contact the support number provided in your booking confirmation.
